The Real Estate Division (Stavola Realty Company) was created in 1955 with the purchase of its first property, a parcel of raw
land located on the ocean in Sea Bright, New Jersey. The property, which is still owned by the company, was developed into
and is currently operated as a beach club resort with catering facilities.

During the following decades, the Real Estate Division expanded through the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties. The Real Estate Division currently owns and manages shopping centers, office buildings, free-standing retail properties, gas stations, warehouse properties, restaurants, downtown retail properties and residential properties. Notable new developments completed in 2005 include the redevelopment of the Ocean Plaza Shopping Center in Ocean Township, New Jersey, the Chapel Hill Shopping Center in Middletown, New Jersey and the Adelphia Plaza Shopping Center in Freehold, New Jersey. New major retail tenants at these properties include Wegman's Market, Acme Market, Whole Foods Market, Staples, Stein Mart, Pier 1, Verizon Wireless and PNC Bank. With the addition of these redeveloped properties to its existing retail portfolio, Stavola Realty Company is being recognized as a leading owner, developer and manager of shopping centers in Monmouth County.

During the next several years, the company will be expanding its portfolio through acquisitions of existing income producing properties and the development of company-owned land in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
